The DECserver 700 series is configured with 2 internal SIMM memory slots that can accomodate up to 8 MB of memory.  DECservers ship with one 4 MB SIMM module.
Order a SIMM memory upgrade when you want to increase to 8 MB of memory or replace the existing 4 MB SIMM module.

 

Customer-installable on DECserver 700-08 and DECserver 700-16 models only.
