With the FDDI Gateway, legacy FDDI and the newest system and network technologies can coexist indefinitely, allowing you to migrate to new technologies at your own pace without disruption or risk. The FDDI Gateway is an SNMP manageable, “plug and play” network device that easily integrates with your existing enterprise management system.

Preconfigured with FDDI DAS support, the FDDI Gateway can be installed in a live network - without disruption! Based on proven VNswitch 900FX technology, the FDDI Gateway is configured in a single slot backplane with power supply. All hardware components are fully integrated and self-contained ~ there is no pre- or post-requisite hardware or software!
