Hardware Warranty means that the hardware component of the product is covered for its' warranty period against all defects in workmanship and material and that the product will perform to its associated design specification in existence at time of manufacture.
Software warranties are 90 days, and cover defects in media only.
Firmware and software product components (Software), expressly designated as warranted, are warranted as specified in Product Warranty Listing above. Software Warranty means that the software will substantially perform to its associated Software Product Description (SPD).
